Welcome to Brookstone III
Brookstone III is a beautiful Swim & Tennis Community located on the southeast corner of HWY 92 and Due West Rd. Acworth, Georgia, 30101 in Cobb County. The main entrance is off of Due West Rd. with other entrances on Antioch Road and HWY 92. The community is districted for three highly rated Cobb County schools: Vaughan Elementary School, Lost Mountain Middle School and Harrison High School. Harrison High School being a top-ranked high school in the state of Georgia. Nestled out of the hustle and bustle of the big city, Brookstone III is mere minutes from shops, dining, and entertainment. The perfect place to call home.
The Brookstone III Clubhouse is located at 6124 Braidwood Lane, Acworth GA, adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. The upstairs has an updated kitchen and common room as well as a covered porch for holding events, meetings and parties. Restrooms are available on the first floor and are accessible with magnetic keys. The clubhouse is for Brookstone III residents' use only and can be reserved using the online Reservations link on the left.
Brookstone III has 4 lighted tennis courts, a pavilion and screened porch for use by our residents. We have an active tennis community with several Men's, Women's, Mixed, Senior and Junior teams playing year round. Courts are available for use by our residents and can be reserved using our online Reservations tab. Please see our tennis rules and guidelines for details on the use of our courts.
Our neighborhood has a Junior-Olympic size pool ranging from 3 to 10 feet deep and a separate baby pool. We have a swim team that residents and non-residents may join called the Hurricanes. During the pool season, we have lifeguards on duty for the protection of our residents and their guests. Please see our pool rules and guidelines for more information.
